Return and refund policy: At Print My Stickers, your satisfaction is our priority! We stand by the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before shipping. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy. Please review it below:

• Defective Products: If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge. Return shipping fees are initially paid by the customer, but if a defect is confirmed, these fees will be refunded.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized and pre-made products cannot be returned unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect. We do not issue refunds, but exchanges may be considered at our discretion.
• Customer Errors: Please carefully review all spelling, dates, names, and other details before submitting your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for errors in information provided by the customer. If a mistake is made on your end, we can remake the item for an additional charge.
• Order Cancellations: Due to our production process, once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.
