A: Our typical turnaround is 3 to 10 days depending on the order size. Larger orders may take longer.

A: Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. Personalized and pre-made items are non-returnable unless they have a confirmed defect.

A: Unfortunately, due to our production process, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes, local customers can pick up their orders at our North Ridgeville location during business hours. No order number is required for pickup.
Q: What is the best format for sending photos?
A: For best results, we recommend photos with a minimum resolution of 300dpi. Cell phone photos should be set to at least 2 megapixels for quality results.
Q: Who is responsible for copyright on images?
A: We assume you hold all rights to any images or logos you send to us. By placing an order, you agree to take responsibility for ensuring you have copyright permissions for any submitted content.
